    Gotta do some work. I will check back in about an hour.

    What you should check quick like is in the options whether or not issues are automatically marked for quarantine so you aren't going through by hand clicking every box... When it is done, tell it to remove selected items and restart the computer. See where it stands after that. I'm guessing you come up with at least 400 items if you have just been running McAfee this whole time.
