Snugtop shell

I am looking at the sgugtop cab-hi shell. I would post a pic but its not letting me . I can get one for $1623.00 OTD. That's with the carpet ceilinged and fold down sliding front window. My question to those how have or have had a snugtop shell is . Are they a good quality shell ? Please tell me what kind of issues have you had and would you buy another one. Thank you in advance for all reply's.

On my second Tacoma and second Snug Top shell - no complaints - great quality.

 

I bought my '05 about 3 months ago. It came with a Snugtop shell, not sure what model but no problems. The "door struts" or whatever those are called are about done for, but that's about all.

 

I have a Snugtop cab high, only issue was the brake light didn't work, dealer replaced it. I looked at 3 canopy brands, snugtop was the best with the best dealer here.

The dealer I got mine from told me the latch on the fold down window wore out with flexing, ie off road use, so I didn't get the fold down window.
