Does anyone know if the 00-04 v6 tundra have the same brake booster as the 01-04 v6 tacomas? I know they used the same engine but not sure about the brake booster!

Hey, all. Have some new questions now that I own a truck and would love some help. Truck came with the dome light not working, so I decided to replace it, and it won't work. I will attach a picture of the bulb. When the truck is running, both the "DOOR" and "ON" positions work. With no key in the ignition, the light either flickers like crazy, or does nothing. Any ideas?

My only other question is if these wheel wells look normal. I can't tell if there should be more black plastic in there, or if somebody messed with something. Thanks guys.

I know very little about electrical. My guess would be a ground issue.

My options are to try a different bulb, or check the fuse once I figure out which fuse it is. But if the fuse was the issue, I don't think it would work at all, and it seems to be working. And my map lights work fine, which means the fuse probably isn't the culprit.
