    2" spacer = 4" lift.

Also means your suspension is highly compressed already. Great example of why spacers are a bad idea.

Spacer has to go bud. The issue with spacers is that you move the entire strut down, so it doesn't limit down travel. When you jack this thing up it has to be wrecking the Shit out of your coil and uca. If it's not guess I'm retarded. Either way, that spacer looks entirely too big to keep the parameters in line for normal suspension function which would give an insight to your other front end troubles. Mind linking some pics of your cv angles and stuff from the front?

Got that side tore all apart I'll take some of other side tomorrow . Why would anyone install them risers yeah he did buy a nice bumper 2000 worth but should of got that suspspenion right first but I'll get it straightened out I just wanted to know what was causing it before I change out boots again but think I may need new bushings if that's what's creating squeaking so might just get new uca not spc .

damn all you had to do was remove the spacer, didnt need to go full bore n strip the spindle off too. While you are at it if you are that far, pull the UCA off, and grease the inner bushings where it connects to the Frame.

Get some 5100's and run the stock coils at 1.75in setting and you will be golden.

Should spc uca be hard to shove up and down with every thing apart? Takes a little muscle to move it up and down .

Ummmmmm, that looks a lot like a 3in spacer... Maybe I'm wrong though. I have a 3in spacer and it looks exactly the same size. The thickness of the spacer is not equal to how much lift it provides, its always twice what the thickness is, ie, 1.5in thickness is 3in~ of "lift".

Yeah, that's a lot of spacer, I'm running the same thing. I'm just gonna put it out there again as everyone else has said, to prevent further damage and make things cycle better, go with some other shocks or stick to a 2in spacer instead, I'm destroying my front end with this spacer lift. I've got maxtracs and 5100's with eibach coils sitting ready to go but I'm not installing a thing until I either replace all my front bushings on the LCA's and purchase SPC UCA's too, I'm causing huge issues with alignment using spacers too.

Please test drive the truck before you consider a trade. That's all I ask, if you like the 16 because of the new features, then go ahead and trade but make sure you test drive before you buy.
