speaker question

So I got a quote on replacing all my speakers with some memphis audio pr's for $250. I'm new to audio, and I was just curious if they were a good speaker, and if this was a good deal.

 

anyone have any experience with these speakers?

 

Not enough information given. Does that price include install and are they from an authorized dealer? If the answer is no to both, then I would guess you are paying too much. Which model are you looking to purchase exactly?

 

It is from an authorized dealer with install, and I have no idea what model, the guy just told me memphis audio pr's.

 

If that is the case, I would not feel comfortable making this purchase. I like to know what I am buying, and comparing prices to get an idea if the shop is offering me a fair deal.

I know not everyone cares about that level of detail, but I like to imagine that someone who visits a truck enthusiast forum would
