My 2017 Tacoma se 2.7l speedo at decreasing speeds ticks like a clock running backwards doesn't matter what the speed is it's only on deceleration. It is done it from the day that I bought it. The dealership says that it's a new design. Also it has been sticking lately, And its it supposed to do that. any truth to this?

Just called corporate, they said no, it's not supposed to do that. And to get it in for service.
