squeak from inside door

So last year on vacation, i left my windows open overnight and a monster T-storm dumped a cuople of inches of rain in my truck. now, when the drivers window is all the way down, I hear a little squeak whenever I go over any bump on the road. The window has to be down all the way for the squeak to be evident. I'm wondering how to get inside the door as i'm assuming a little oil or grease will resolve the issue. is it a PIA to get in there? I'd ask the dealer but don't want to take out a second mortgage...

oh, truck is a '08 access cab v6 SR5 (obv. with the power windows/locks)

 

There are a couple of screws that hold the inside panel on, the rest are clips. Get some spare clips from cheaptoyotaparts.com before you take it off. They break pretty easily.
Lube the window rails and grease the pivots and mechanism.

 

any help with teh location of th screws and p/n for the clips? i did something similar on my old '99 taco and that door was never the same... but, that was def. because I didnt' replace the clips..

 

One is behind a clip on the door lock. I think there is a "how to" on here somewhere.

 

a screw behind the door handle, and one or two more holding the arm rest on.

 

Pretty easy to remove the door panel, found a you tube video that greatly helped... pull off black plastic piece up by rear view mirror... remove screw by door handle and grap handle. use a phillips head to push in the tab on the right side of the panel and pull out. pull from bottom then lift up. Here was the weird part. The window and supports sits behind a plastic sheet that is sealed to the metal door panel. I sliced it open with a knife, sprayed some corrosion x down into the channels and joints, and sealed it back up w/ some duct tape.. squeak gone..

when putting it back together, just do the same in reverse order, only be sure to remove the clips from the metal part of the door then replace them on the black plastic (triangular) piece before re-inserting..

I'm very very very happy I don't hear that noise anymore. I gotta say, TW has really inspired me to make my truck awesome again. as I had been neglecting it recently. thanks all!
