I'm painting some headlight trim pieces I picked up for my 2012 conversion and I have the following:
    • SEM plastic prep
    • SEM adhesion promoter
    • SEM sandable primer
    • Automotive Touch Up (pyrite mica)
    • Automotive Touch Up gloss clear

My question is on sanding prior to primer. I have 320, 400, 1000 grit but I'm not sure if I should sand the plastic down to 400 or 1000.
