how do i remove this piece, it is the piece that signals passenger seat belt and emergence flashers

Remove the stereo first, then if memory serves, its clipped into place

The black plastic around it flexes somewhat. There are 6 little sawtooth hooks that you have to get past. It's kind of a pain to do. I'd recommend little flat blade screwdrivers. I managed to break the plastic in one spot during one of the times I swapped the radio in and out.

I don't know if the picture helps. It might help to have someone give you a hand, if possible.
