Summer Wiring Project -COMPLETE

Over the winter I decided to update my lighting and wiring game. So I made up a wire board to consolidate everything, make it look cleaner, and make it easy for troubleshooting if I had problems.

So posting if people would like to get some ideas, or ask questions.

The whole thing runs 3 front fog lights on the front bumper, a 52 in light bar above the cab, 2 small bed light, two small lights on the trailer hitch, water pump for the air to water intercooler, and the electric fan.

Everything was ran through factory wire channels, and put into a sheath to prevent rubbing in tight spots. The extra relays are for just in case something happens, and I can just move wires to keep everything running.

The board was made in winter, but waited till summer to put it in:


Then I had to find the board a home. On the back of the seat it fit perfect between the ribs on the seat:


Need room to move and made everything easier:

looks good, but i think that breaker size might be a bit large for the 4ga wire. also, it should be near the battery.
