The difficult part is that these youtube videos don't really do the muffle sound justice since its very dependent on the quality of the mic and recording device.

I would recommend the Jones Turbine 2525XL. This is what I have on my truck. It's very quite crusing at highway speeds, but has a good growl low in the RPM's and is nice and loud when you open it up.

    Check out this thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/to-everyone-with-a-flowmaster-super-44.362615/#post-11575192

And also my install post of my Jones Turbine 2525XL

Bought this Jones Turbine 2525xl off Amazon for $85. Jones Exhaust bought Aero so that's why its a Jones Turbine not the Aero Turbine like we're used to. Note, there is a difference between 2525, and 2525xl being that the xl is longer therefore a bit quieter.

Here is a pic of the exhaust from the cat's back:

I got rid of the bend in the stock exhaust that was here and welding in a straight section I got at Oreily's for like $12. One end came flared already and the muffler in/out is flared so it was pretty much cut to length and weld in.

Hanger on the in of the muffler. Also got it at Oreily's for $4. It was an easy clamp onto the muffler, then run a bolt in the stock hanger into the bracket and cut off the excess.

Hanger on the out of the muffler:

Welds close up. I used Miller MIG wire feed with 0.030 stainless wire. I understand that not everyone has access to their own welder, but gotta use what ya got.

Weld from OEM to straight section:

Weld from straight section to IN of muffler:

Weld from OUT of muffler to OEM bend that goes over the axel:

Note: There will be a lot of filling needed to be done. I probably ran 3 beads of fill before coming to this bead that actually welds the two pieces together.
