I recently put a 3"/2" leveling kit on my 06 taco. The drivers side sway bar mounting bracket is gone, leaving just the bushin. If I want to keep my sway bar do I need relocation brackets or can i just put new factory mounting brackets on? The sway bar is hitting the bottom of the strut because it's not mounted. Much appreciation.

The “relocate” is a spacer that also shifts the position to better match the new geometry.

You need the relocate piece, mounting bracket, and bushing for everything to be working effectively.

Yes, you need to replace the mounting bracket and probably bushing too as @Naveronski said.

I went with the cheap supreme suspension relocation brackets on eBay and they’re holding up just fine. It drops the sway bar and moves it forward.
