Tacoma noob.... not really

Hey guys while I've been stalking the site for a while this is my first post. Let me introduce myself my name is Dayron out of mostly beautiful Miami Florida, got a wife and beautiful daugther. I work out here with the City of Miami light fleet (I supervise the night crew). I worked at a toyota dealer as a tech for about 10 years so I know my way around these things (if anyone has any tech questions don't be afraid to ask). About the truck I just got it about 3 weeks ago it is a 2015 PreRunner double cab short bed in the gorgeous dark gray, its already been lightly modified with a 2" leveling kit, 1 inch wheel spacers all around, HID conversion for head lamps and fogs, and a bike rack . And thats pretty much it.

As a tech, do you know what the procedure is if a customer brings in a new truck that has the sticky/rattle sound coming from window caused by the rubber seals? Dropping my 2015 off tomorrow, wondering if they will just put some silicone lube in there or actually replace something.

First time around they'll make sure your window is squeaky clean make sure there's no tints on it if there is they might give you a hard time. Second time around theyll make a contact with toyota and theyll decide whether to change the seal or whatever they decide.
