Hi, I'm new here but wanted to ask a quick question. I just bought a 2015 Tacoma SR5 and noticed that with my Entune package the only way to get the outside temperature is through the weather app on my infomation system. The only problem with that is I don't live in an area that receives the HD signal needed.

So my question is this, is the wiring for a temperature sensor in place and all I'd have to do is buy the sensor and find out where to plug it in? I would REALLY like for the temp to be displayed while I'm driving.

Or perhaps I'm missing something and don't have it enabled??

I've searched both manuals that came with my truck and cannot find out any info about this.

    Please help!

    Thanks!
    Dave

On the older ones 05-10 it was prewired you just needed to add the overhead console and sensor. It is shared with the horn harness right behind the grill.
