    Here is how I did it...

    Step 1) get a popup shelter a really nice cooler and all the misc stuff you need
    Step 2) food permit was $100
    Step 3) liability insurance was $300 for a year of 2 million dollar coverage FLIP
    Step 4) space rental was $75 for the whole summer!
    Step 5) register business online to collect sales tax on ready to eat food for $25

    Its super easy... I try to barter as much as possible its sales tax free.

    Any issues with the Health Dept doing inspections or other stuff for food safety? I know each state is different, but I wonder if this is feasible in NJ.
