Yes, everyone sees the stacks...on your tacoma...thank you for reminding us you had stacks with that totaly origional license plate.

But seriously stacks out a gas engine would be lame because you would hardly ever see anything comming out of them.

 

If you do it, do 2 with a fart can on top of each one...

There is a newer Nissan Frontier around here with 2 probably 3" pipes and it looks like shit. I hate this on diesels cause they are all over here. I could understand if you really did tow a lot but this is all dumb ass kids.

do it! ..but don't half-ass it. ..go with at least six 12" stainless stacks running up through the bed. ..because what you really want is for people to think you're hauling a pipe organ around.

 

put the stack pointed right in the rear window so you can breath the exahaust and go completely retrard

Put a fart ricer muffler on it to draw attention to yourself.

why? it seems that stacks which i would assume would mean duals of some sort would absolutely kill any back pressure your engine would need to function properly. plus it would probably sound retarded and look the same imo anyway.

 

Like everyone else, stacks would not be cool--they would be hilarious. In other words, NOT a good idea for a Tacoma. Just my opinion.

 

To be honest stacks SHOULD NOT go on anything except semi's. I think people who put it on regular diesel trucks are idiots. My family and I actually have a good laugh and point at the retards who put on stacks.

I saw a taco with stacks and a nice dragon/fire mural painting, couldn't snap a pic though

 

im a country girl and i love stacks on a diesel, not sure how it would look on a taco, but the bigger stack the more power you lose, you cant get any pressure from the exhaust too much too fast coming out. if you do it ide go with a size that looks right on the truck. bigger isnt always better, just my .02
