TORSPD: NEVR

Finally got to watch this video, and from a computer. That engine sounds terrible! Something was clearly not right.

 

I have gotten to those specifc ones pretty easily, in the past. Just have to take all of the stuff out of your passenger seat.

Want to thank Kelvin. Graciously sent me a set of his spare Whiteline LCA polyurethane bushings.

 

Took a wheel to get a teeny tiny bend, in the lip, repaired. Figured it was a good time to do finish up on the front ARP wheel studs. Already have the rear, and it has been bothering me not having the fronts finished as well.







Since the anodized red Titek lug nuts ended up looking more pink than red, I ordered up a new full set of these. Compliments of www.Evasivemotorsports.com





I am actually not going for the murdered out look. On the next set of wheels, these will complement with contrast properly. Either way, they will still look better than the pink ones below.

You have a very strange definition of TINY!

 

Interestingly, they do look red in that picture. I agree too on how cool that motion blur is. Must be the way the camera sees the colors. Up close, they don't look that good.

Should have some more news to share by the end of the week or the beginning of next.

Powder coated would be though. Should have just gotten gold or blue.

 

just get annodized black and spray it with high sulphur tap water. everyone in Florida with black annodized parts switches to a gold theme after the first few car washes. real funny when you see a car that has gold wheels on one side and black on the other.......means that they park their car a little too close to the lawn sprinkler

 

Never seen that before. Certainly aould be irritating though.

I have seen anodized black parts become "gold" after being high heat cycled many times.

 

i've only seen it happen near the coast in Florida. Different water addatives.

 

Should have shipping quotes on Monday or Tuesday. Then they just need to crate it up a d send it out.

 

Also, while walking around the grounds of the X Games yesterday, we ran into a really cool booth.

Their company is www.rallyready.com and they are out of San Marcos, next to Harris Hill race course. They had half day specials, so I signed up for one. Dirt course, and they teach you in one of their cars. As well asthey host events where you race your own vehicles! Totally freaking stoked about going on July 13th.
