I just installed a Pioneer AVIC-7100NEX head unit in my non JBL 2012 TRD Sport and it has all the features you listed but it runs around $800 if you shop around. You can even maintain steering wheel controls with a separate module and wiring harness.

Didn't think about that.. would most aftermarket units kill off the volume buttons on The steering wheel

Unless you install the module and wiring harness you will lose your steering wheel controls including the use of the handsfree mic. These additional items seemed to be quite reasonable as in under $100. I dealt with Sonic Electronix and they explained what all I needed to install that head unit in my truck specifically.
