05 TRD offroad

aftermarket head unit with ipod sync cable routed to glove box

I have an 05 TRD. I have the pin connector under the dash for the brake controller but no 7 pin hook up at the back. I bought the truck used and noticed that there had been some splicing of wires done when a 4 pin flat was hooked up. Where and what colour would the electric brake wire be found under my truck or is there an easier way to find out what factory options or dealer options my truck has?
