I’ve had my truck for just over a week…yesterday at 60ish mph the dash lit up with a low tire pressure warning for the rear driver’s side (12 psi). Truck seemed fine as I slowed and pulled over. Looked at tire, kicked it, stood on it…deemed it to be not at 12 psi. As I continued with my journey the dash gauge bounced around between 12 psi and 30 psi, before finally settling on 55 psi.

So, definitely a sensor or computer problem (and not a tire problem). Of course a bad sensor is a better outcome than a bad computer.

Anyone seen this or have any clue on what’s going on?

    Warranty work, regardless of cause.

My vote is a bad sensor.

But when you take it in, make sure it's still reading weird or you'll get the old 'could not replicate' response.

PS, a tire gauge in the glove box is always a good idea. Touch more accurate than looking and kicking. :D

Yes…no question it’s going to the dealer, with as much gauge wonkiness as possible.

I normally have a pressure gauge…truck is so new that I haven’t moved everything in to it yet! Looking at it and kicking it was the best I had :)
