I have had this somewhat small leak between my transfer case and transmission for a while ,I do not appear to be losing fluid from the transmission or transfer case has anyone had this issue and fixed it.

When mine was leaking from there it was the output shaft seal on the transmission

Not too bad, just awkward and heavy. I recommend having a transmission jack if youre going to try it alone

That could sweat fluid like that for 100k+ miles and you would never know. Dont worry about it right now then.

That's not even liquid oil, just stain. Are you really that worried?

Mine was dripping by the time I fixed it. Ended up being gear oil from the t-case (I have an automatic)

Maybe I'm just lazy, but I would leave that. It looks like it is barely seeping, it would take a very long time for it to have any impact on the fluid level. If it starts to actually drip and impact the fluid level then I would knock it out.
