Transmission needs some help!

Bilstein 5100 2.5 adjustable shocks, 33x10.5 BFG A/T,UWS toolbox,

I have a 2000 Prerunner V6 an with auto transmission, whenever the tranny goes to shift into 2nd gear I feel a slight jerk as it shifts.....any suggestions what may cause this?
