T3 turbo, walbro fuel pump, hks bov, fmic, cx racing 7lb. Wastegate, borla exhaust

I just installed a turbo on my 2000 2.4, 5 spd. SR5. It has a t3 turbo, 7 lb. CX racing wastegate, front mount intercooler, hks bov, and borla exhaust. When I start it and give it gas, it dies. I never got it tuned. I saw a thread that said my MAF sensor is to close to the turbo? Please help
