i have an 05 prerunner v6 5spd auto,264,000 miles. factory nongreaseable joints & center bearing.joints still good but cb has slack.i got all 3 joints & cb at oriellys for less than $150.00. all precision brand & zerks in all 3 joints. i'll be changing them out first thing in the morning.i can't see it taking more than 2 or 3 hours & i'm old,fat & feeble. most factory ujoints (& tierods, ball joints, etc.) don't come with zerks anymore because they cost about 2 cents apiece. that adds up on 3 or 4 ujoints , 4 ball joints,2 to 4 tierods per vehicle & several many thousand vehicles per year.
