I prefer to keep my IFS as such, I'm not looking to do a SAS. My question is what are the options for beefing up the CV axles. Currently on 37's. Already upgraded my rack to the Tundra rack, and gusseted my spindles. Looking to get LCA's in the near future. Just want to beef up as much as possible.

I currently have CVJ https://www.cvjreman.com/product/9808tr/ CV's, but they aren't "strengthened".

Right now the options that I know of are:

    JD Fab:

    Lotus:

    RCV

If there are more, I'm open to options! Looking for any reviews or experiences. Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure JD Fabs 934 CV's are the end all, covering so many different bases including added strength, simplicity and increased down travel. You can list other options, but...why?

Keep those cvs the fuse. Cheap and plentiful. $60 a pop at the pick n pull for oem.

I agree. A lot easier to replace a cv vs a stripped diff.

Noted. And this isn't me asking for a debate, but just curious why some would upgrade their CV if it puts the diff in danger?

depends what you’re using it for. For long Travel, getting axles with better operating angles and flex is probably more important than strength. If you are “rock crawling”, flex is important as well but I’d rather have the cv snap before the diff broke. I had a stock cv axle survive a bind up and it actually snapped the ADD tube instead. So I know an oem cv axle isn’t the weak link up front.
