Upgrading system

looking at improving stereo in2014 Tacoma dbl cab non Jbl. I am thinking of doing focal's both in front and back. I wanted to do focal 165 kr in front, and have the focal 165krc in the back. Planned on having them tunned by a bit ten processor and powered by a JL audio 5 channel/700 amp with the stealth box. My only Delima is I don't know if this is going g over kill and the mounting depth/height will accommodate the 165 krc in the back. What are yall's thoughts

 

Sounds like a good set up. I'm looking into different options for my 2015 Double cab. I would like to go with the Stealth sub. Having a hard time trying to justify the price on the JL Stealth subwoofer.
