Hey guys! Just a heads up on something I found. While trying to find new OEM upper control arm bushings on my 1999 Tacoma sr5 4x4 ... Toyota only has complete upper control arms for sale not the bushings themselves. So I looked up the 1999 4Runner 4x4 upper control arm bushings and bam, they have them for sale. Since the Tacomas and 4Runners are almost identical, I took a chance and ordered them. They are an exact fit. If you need them, I left the part # and pics too. Found them on ebay for roughly $100 for all 4 OEM bushings and $20 for local machine shop to press them in. Not bad compared to $175 each OEM control arm. Save some money. Cheers!

If you want to save even more $$, go with some bushings from Rockauto (~$40) or a set of poly bushings

Energy suspension has upper/lower poly bushing sets for like $40. And you can DIY the install without a press.

Rubber bushings aren't really a place I would insist on spending the extra money on factory OEM parts.

You had a good experience with Mag Engines? I was looking for a part and they had it for a price I felt was too good to be true so passed. Like $100-$120 everywhere else and they had it for $50.
