Use factory Bluetooth mic?

Has anyone been able to connect their factory Bluetooth microphone to an aftermarket HU?
I have been struggling with whether to retain the stock HU or buy an aftermarket HU to use with the Two amps, sub and component door speakers I've had laying around for almost Three years now.
As much as I'd like to keep the stock HU it would be so much easier to install it all with a new aftermarket HU. Also I've read about a lot of people having issues with hissing sound when using a LOC. Third it would seem like somewhat of a waste to use these high end amps and speakers with the stock HU when I can get a higher quality sound using an aftermarket HU.
As of now the stock Bluetooth mic compatibility might be the deciding factor.
Please somebody tell me it's possible. Thanks.
