When driving i hear a vibration noise. Hum hum hum. Hum hum hum. Is slow when rolling slow. Gets faster as i go fast. Only makes noise when rolling. Steering wheel is not shaking. Any ideas? Had an inch block added in the rear 2 days ago. Drove fine for last 2 days with no noise untill this morning.

Rear pinion is where I'd look. Lifting the rear without compensating for driveline angles can mess with the rear pinion in the differential.

Doing some research ot sounds like it can be the needle bearing?

Wheels may need to be balanced is also another reason for loud rollin noise, but it usually comes with vibrations.

I would go with what @Kyitty says. That makes the most sense based on what you did.

To rule out the needle bearing, put it in 4wd, if it goes away, then that is your issue.
