06 4wheel dr v6 supercharged 6 Spd

Urd 3 in exhaust. Walbro 255 fuel pump/ filter kit. Trd supercharger. Urd urd 2.8 pulley

Install went fine. After the kit was installed properly the trucks check engine light came on and several codes came up which all relate to air fuel ratios. In the instructions it says to unplug a relay. I'm wondering if that affected TRDs reflash for the TRD supercharger. The truck runs like crap now, I'm scared to drive it until I figure out the prob. Anyone else have this issue? Any help would be appreciated. I'm a new member and got a lot of useful info from other posts but haven't found anything related to my problem. Thanks y'all
