I have a 2014 DCSB V6 Base Automatic. Woth only about 4800 miles on it. The only things not factory on it is a bugsheild, and ventvisors (which has been on it since about 300 miles). I was driving the other day and the wind was blowing a little harder than normal, and i noticed at about 63-69 MPH there is a really high pitched like squill noose thats coming from somewhere, it kinda sounds like ot coming from the front of the truck but cant really tell. https://vimeo.com/108864762

Here is a video of it, i have my 5000 mile maintenance scheduled at my local toyota dealer on wednesday, and i wanted to have a video of it just in case i couldnt get it to do it while driving him. Please listen to the video, and about 3 or 4 seconds you can hear it start doing it and then it gets louder at certain times, but man is it AGGREVATING, just looking to give the dealer an idea of what it might be. Thanks for any help.

Basically there's a gap that whistles loud as air passes through. There's a TSB on it, I think. If you search here you'll find lots of info on it.

I listened on my cell, so I could definitely be wrong. But from what I heard, sounds like the same whistle I had. You only hear it at highway speed or high wind right? Not parked in your driveway?

Just talking from my own experience, I didn't have a grill replaced when my whistle was fixed.

So, is there by chance any TSB on this, if so is there like a number or something that i can give the service guy. Natuarally i couldnt get it to make the noise today when it was down there for the service. I let him listen to the video and he said that he hears it, but without it doing it while in the truck, he cant really pinpoint it. BUT before everyone starts bashing and saying its a shitty dealer, he did say that if i could find the service bulletin that had the fix on it, he would be happy to take a look at it and fix my problem. He looked on his computer and checked the TSB's that he had and there wasnt anything in his system. He was very nice, and done what he could. He was not an asshole or rude, he drive it, and then i drove him in it, trying to get more speed to see if i could get it to do it, and no luck. S hopefully i can get something figured out on it.

Not a shitty dealer, can't pull a repair out of his ass if something isn't visibly or audibly not working correctly.
