    Nothing serious, there's a little moisture oozing through a small crack in the basement wall but the basement's unfinished so it's not a big deal.

    Storms knocked my power out late last evening for about 5 hours. It was pretty uncomfortable trying to sleep until the AC and my bedroom fan came back on in the middle of the night.
