    • Haven't been feeling any pain the last couple weeks
    • I can successfully do a squat but its a little awkward still
    • I found out I can still deadlift
    • I tried the quad machine this morning and my right leg can hardly do 25 lbs. :anonymous:

    try using the leg press machine, one leg at a time, light weight. It's easier on the knees. Also, walking lunges with no weights. Go as deep as your knee allows with no pain! :hattip:
