    They are revamping leadership work sections. They got rid of my position (but there are others they made that are equivalent) and moved an individual who is below me to one of those (which is fine.... She has earned it and done the training for it).

    Her and I are the same rank but I have time in grade over her so they don't want her to be over me because they think it will cause problems. Whatever. Her and I work very well with each other... Never been a "I'm in charge of you you do as I say" working relationship.

    I've been in the position they are moving to before, for many years. They tell me they know that I'm a great squad leader (the position I'm being moved to) and I'm a great supply NCOIC (which I currently am as an extra duty and will be staying in).

    Lately I keep getting moved around a lot.... I'm starting to feel like I'm not worth the uniform I put on.
