i have a 2008 Tacoma sr5 double cab Sport that has a clicking kind of noise coming from the windshield whenever i hit a hole in the road or a crack in the road. It is very annoying and this is even after the windsheild was replaced. Any of my fellow taco lovers have any ideas, any and all help will be graetly appreciated. Oh yes it seems to have gotten worse since the weather has gotten cooler up here i Alberta Canada.

    Upper/Lower Windshield/Rear Glass Tick Noise TSB-0141-10
If a creak tick or rattle noise is heard at the top or bottom of the windshield or at the top of the rear glass the source of the noise may be the two stoppers bonded to the top of the windshield/rear glass or the windshield retainers bonded to the lower edge of the windshield. This bulletin provides the recommended repair procedure to eliminate these types of noises from the windshield/rear glass area.

Since it's a TSB it has to be done by the dealer.

I think my W/s was replaced in my 2007 because it does not say "Toyota" on the logo mark and the rear view mirror seems like chinese plastic. I had a family member have a Scion Xb windshield replaced that made a similar noise with changing temperatures. I'm guessing its the same sort of seal glue/problem. Thanks Jimmy, I am noting that TSB just in case my w/s starts sounding like this.
