    Trying to get a Joying head unit working. Looks like I had a wire come loose in the process. Not getting any power. Is this the 12v constant? Before I get in deeper, can anyone tell me where this goes and how to get it back there? Help, please.

    That picture has me color blind.
    Is the wire Pink, or White?

    Wow, yo me? The further back into the dash it goes, the more it turns yellow?

    I need to have my eyes checked I guess?

    My eyes are good and it looks like pink to me also and turns yellow as it goes into the dash.

    So it's a rainbow wire? :eek::rofl:

    FWIW, I looked and the power wires for the Non-JBL are Light Blue and Grey. (Not rainbow colored Pink/Yellow............)

    You may have popped a fuse when the wire was flopping around.

    What color is the wire?

    The wire doesn't even look factory.
    Never seen the factory run a single wire, then zip-tie it to another harness.....

    I think someone added that wire..
    Look close where it goes into the truck. It's held on by a blue Zip-tie.....

    I also noticed that.... Also there is a lot of copper exposed at the tip. Strange indeed!

    This may help for simple stereo wiring You can tell where each function is in the two connectors.

    It’s tan? I think it came from the 120v. The previous owner didn't do any wiring, so I thought it'd all be OEM. Definitely looked odd, though. Ended up using a fuse tap to reconnect that wire, and now the head unit works. Fairly certain it is the constant 12v wire, but again, I'm not entirely sure where it came out from.

    As long as the radio turns off with key, I guess all is good.

    Nice job. The radio looks nice.
