I have an Xtool D7 on the way and have a question for anyone owning that or a D8.
I have been reading about needing to check in over the internet every 30 days or the Xtool scan tools lose functionality? I downloaded and read the manual and there was no mention of that anywhere that I could see.
That’s not a deal breaker for me, but is it true?

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
The only thing i took notice it is a ever evolving platform so it seems Software updates would be a given .

If your using on limited vehicles you need to keep current for those updates .

    Good luck.

If I had extra money i would look into this.
