    Not 100% certain but I don't believe the 4 Runner handles are the same. Highland and Rav4 are though.
    A while ago, I wanted to experiment how this would look on my white truck without spending a ton so I ordered these cheap chrome plastic ones for just over $10.
    Just scuffed up the chrome finish (plastic) and sprayed with some satin finish black paint I already had. For very little effort they came out great and seem to be holding up well after a few months.
    Also I really like the black look on the white but I think they'd look great on other colors too.
    (I know they are cheapos but they fit perfect).
