No. BNSF auto yard in El Mirage sub'd by a 3rd party switch/ unload Co. Unless you call them using a forklift to push and pull the locos around when they die.

Guess RCL's wouldn't make sense for an auto yard.

Wouldn't work. There's 2 main pieces to the thing, the curved mirror is acrylic and doesn't hold shape very well by itself. The base plate that has the f'ed up swivel on it is basically the same sort of gauge steel road signs are made out of. The 2 get held to each other with weatherstripping that is glued all around the edges.

As of now, the yard is only 6 tracks with 10 cars per track. They plan to put another 6 that hold 15 and extend the current to 15 per. It's already been surveyed and plans drawn.

It can't be that hard to hang a curved mirror.
It least it helped with post count :)

Had a little discussion about trying to get a big TW camping outing. That site could easily fit 20+ rigs for people that rtt it or sleep in the bed. A bit rocky but still room for ground tents around the beginning of the site

Well it just so happens the garage fridge is on the same circuit as the plug by the front door.

Garage fridge kept tripping the GFI I couldn’t figure out why, then I realized the Halloween decorations are are not working and light bulb!
Turned them off and garage fridge ran without issue.
Grabbed the power strip out front and water just ran out of it.

Hello, first post here but I've been following for awhile. I would definitely jump at the chance to go camping if and when a TW trip is arranged.20190914_145805.jpg

That site we were at was definitely big enough...and it wouldn't be a knife fight in a phone booth with that many trucks, either.

I don't mind taking a few hits for being the new 3rd Gen guy around here. To be honest I was hesitant about the technology in the truck but it's not so bad. :crapstorm:
