My Hat’s –off in salute to the crew at Stadium Toyota for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism and specifically to Richard Day(Internet Sales) for going above and beyond in making the entire process of my new Tacoma purchase enjoyable. This is the 2nd Toyota I’ve bought from Stadium Toyota and both times I made the purchase from 1500 miles away since I live in Abilene, Texas. I get asked a lot why I would travel fromTexas to Florida to buy my car and the answer is really simple…The Personal Service and Genuine Appreciation for your business that Stadium Toyota shows from the very first contact until taking delivery is unmatched by any other dealer I’ve visited in all of central Texas or central Florida. Richard Day was immediately ready and enthusiastically willing to special order a Specific Truck for me (Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Long Bed, White with Grey Leather interior Limited Package, and JBL audio system with many other specific factory installed options…all of which no dealer in the entire Gulf States Region would order for me and incorrectly told me it can’t be built that way) and the icing on the cake was the price for the truck was at least $3000 less at Stadium Toyota than any other dealer I contacted. Richard Day gave me a right up front excellent price on the base Vehicle and then followed-up with very competitive prices on all the options I wanted… always with a “sure we can do that attitude” and exceeded my expectations on price for each option. Although it took over a month to get the truck (which I fully expected since I was special ordering exactly what I wanted from the factory), Richard Day kept me fully updated on the progress from expected build date, departing the factory to port, progress in port to final delivery date to the dealership…all of which made the planning for my airline flight to Tampa to take delivery very easy. I have no doubt that when the time comes to replace my Wife’s 2009 Limited Avalon I will be giving Richard Day & Stadium Toyota a call. Thanks again Richard & Crew!

Actually I flew from Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) to Tampa for $149, Richard Day Picked me up at the Airport and I road tripped it home...the savings was well worth the drive & it's easy for me since I'm retired...but Richard said he could have the vehicle shipped to anywhere if one didn't want to come pick it up personally.
