Thanks... I might be the neighbor on the other side of the mountains from you, but will be going back and forth all the time I’m sure. You’ll have a spot to land on the west and Ill come party on the east. Been jamming Sturgills cutting grass album lately and it’s making me itch to get up there and hear some strings getting picked live.
Looking at east tenn .... like @CowboyTaco suggest I got to sort of stay close to some burbs for the family for a few years. Thinking of an hour or so outside of Knoxville toward the smokies right now. Then look and wait for a chunk of land to eventually get to like you and start by taking camping trips/hunt and fish out there before we build to retire... whatever that will mean by then. Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Be safe and enjoy your family and friends.

I have a couple. They work, just make sure you get one with a wireless remote.
It’s not a WARN, but then again how often are we pulling cable. My little traction boards get me out of most situations.

I don't/won't trust anything smittybuilt. All their stuff is low-end, not made in America.

Also, they don't do any engineering, only copy other company's designs.

20+ years ago, they made good stuff. But, alas, times have changed.

I have the 10k x20 and I've used it quite a few times. Even had to run it straight under the truck and pull myself backwards. I know that's not good for the truck or winch but I was alone and in a situation I had no other option. It performed flawlessly.

I run the X2O 10k and have used the ever living crap out of it. Has never let me down all the times I’ve put it to work. Wireless remote and synthetic line are amazing to work with! Have used mine to pull probably 50 times in the past two years

I don’t know about the new XRC, but every one of the gen1 XRC’s I’ve ever used was a pain in the butt to pull out line in free spool

Got a couple trips planned. You know I am a motorcycle nut at heart, so 4 of my buddies and I are are rolling out west to do some riding. Got a lot to plan for, leaving on two wheels is different than 4 ;)

    Hi Fellas,

Fell head first into all-things Tacoma and this forum after purchasing a 2020 TRD Sport a couple months back. It seems like the folks in California and Colorado have it made in the shade when it comes to outfitting their trucks because all the big brands and shops are on that side of the country. With that said I’m getting eaten alive on shipping on stuff. Have ya’ll found any way around this for things like bumpers, sliders, etc. (the heavy/big stuff). Any dealers local to us? Any deals with shops that get volume/shipping discounts? I know GA is a big place. I live about 20 miles East of Atlanta and willing to make a drive if it will save me $200 here and there.

    Thank you,

    Nathan
