Watched a guy use that or something similar a week or so ago. I thought there's no way that's going to start a car. Popped that thing right off. I had forgotten to do a search to see what it might have been. It was this size though.

I ended up passing on it, I was too nervous that it would end up failing me when I needed it

Very happy with my NOCO GB 50. Not cheap, but compact, easy to use and safe with a polarity detection circuit that stops the jump if the leads are reversed.

I also own a NOCO trickle charger which is another reason I went with the GB 50

Thanks! I actually found another looking through his videos that has the imazing in it. It seems to have done very well for the price it was on sale (at or under $50)

I’m on my third gb40 now. The first may have been my own doing I started a car with a completely dead battery like untouched for a year dead. I used the bypass feature that lets you jump when the battery has no voltage and to it’s credit it was able to start it. After it would no longer take a charge or come on when connected to a battery. The second one just had a super low battery capacity like a cell phone on it last leg it would charge fast but deplete just as quickly. The third one seems to be fine but haven’t used it yet so I can’t really say. Autozone replaced both units no hassle which I really appreciated I told the dude if this one fails I wouldn’t ask him to replace it again. A lot of people really like them but I don’t have much confidence in it at this point.
