    Just joined i visit site alot exspecully in the last few days..Sad to say I may lose my baby depending fixabilty and amount offered. I just payed my Toy off about 2 yrs ago and i started making it mine righ after my warrenty ended. I still have parts not installed but most ppl here knowing my yr make i may not have it too long

    I am looking at 2 models both being access cabs


    indigo ink pearl Indigo ink pearl
    6cyl manual 4cyl manual
    tdr rugged trail sr5 #2 option
    baja optional rims


    It was my understanding of packages that black was the only color for rugged trail package but i was proven wrong here thanks to member photos with rugged trail package. I would also like to put the vented hood on the 4 banger if possible..but still waiting for quotes..and that my make my mind up

    I do have a few question one i will put out there now is mostly on my mind

    Do I have to run premium in the V6 I did as dealers...I mean salesmen if this was the case and i was told no..just to sell me the V6? i am wonder because i believe on toyota's site the list premium as fuel type not unleaded?

    Well i can talk all night so i will stop and remember

    #1) u dont have to run premium in the v6
    #2) u can buy the hood aftermarket for $350-400 and then get it painted
    #3) u are right about the different colors for the rugged trail...but i think the trd rugged trail only comes w/ the v6

    Thanks for the replies about gas...that was one reason i was leaning away the v6. Also about the hood thanks. I was even going to purchase after market rims but the salesmen told me that would void my warranty? so i believed him....

    Sorry the 2 models got jumbled in origal post..i did space them so i thought
