O2 Bank 2 sensor question

I purchased from Amazon the Konnwei KW850 scan tool which I love. I’ll mention that I have no check engine light or pending codes.
There’s an option to test the O2 sensors. When I select Bank 1, I receive the message “not supported”. When I select Bank 2 a screen is provided but at the bottom states fail.
I can also do a real time graph of each O2 sensor. Pictures below are at idle. Bank 1 looks like a magnitude 10 earthquake. Bank 2 is flat lined.
Wouldn’t I receive a code if bank 2 sensor wasn’t working?

I think that second sensor actually just reports a simple 1 or 0 to the ECU, that the catalytic convertor worked or it didn't. I'm guessing that's what's going on with the graph. Just a guess

 

Sensor 1 is an air/fuel sensor which your OBDII is not capable of testing the milliamps used by A/F sensors. The 3.28V is normal for A/F sensor. If you can record real time data while driving and save/post results of screen shots would be more helpful. What is the LTFT???

 

Great information. Not sure on the LTFT. I’ll have to get out for a drive this weekend. My drive to work is only about 4 miles and it’s mostly city/stop & go.
