I like DRL’S and my ‘08 base truck doesn’t have any. I bought a fog light kit on Amazon to add to my truck and hopefully they are not too bright so I can use them as daytime running lights.

I can do some things however electrical work is not my strong point. Is there an easy way to wire these lights so when I turn on the parking lights the fog lights turn on? TIA

With an Add-a-fuse and a 3 amp fuse or less, you have two locations to select. (if you leave the switch ON)

Without the added switch, ON with the TAIL lights (when selected) using the options fuse slots shown in prior post.

that looks like the one I order off of Amazon a while back ago, and if it is. you're fog lights my not work unless that switch light is light up, I ran mine in the beginning to where the switch will light up when the head lights were on, but when I tested it with the head lights off the fog lights didn't work. so its just a warning if they don't turn on at first just make sure the bottom yellow light is on underneath the fog light signal.

That's because the input power was the headlight circuit, no headlight on no juice to switch. OP, asked to have them on WITH the Parking circuit.

If you change out the turn relay and add the DRL type with the harness you get DRL's. They would be the TURN signals, not the headlights.
The vehicle has this: Large gray is the turn signal/hazards relay, the darker gray is a junction block. Both are removed, a 3 way harness is added and a new relay.

You're correct and made my point clearer. I was just pointing out something he could come across, just because I was used to creating my own wiring with this style switch and a 5 pin relay and removing the middle pin.
