    Pretty good now. I appreciate it man. The doc said that its more than likely the Bursitis sac that got inflamed. He did a lot of weird movements on my knee to check for ligament damage and nothing came up. I ran 3 miles yesterday and my knee didn't give me any trouble. It does give me a little problems when I really extend it out all the way. I'm gonna avoid playing sports for awhile though.

    getting there....
    good idea....give it real time to recuperate. i still have problems from when i broke my knee(continued playing soft ball and running on it...didnt go to the dr. until a month later), it has arthritis set in it already. you are doing the right thing my friend!!

    i dislocated my knee and tore my acl and what always made it feel better after it was healed was bike riding becasue theres zero impact and stress...just a suggestion

    Yeah, I like to do a lot of mountain biking. I'll stick to the streets until I fully recover though.

    hey moto, the truck looks great!
    did you get a front alignment after the toyotech spacers, or did it ride fine without one? i wanna get some for mine, but want to know if i need to factor in the price of an alignment as well.

    I had my local Toyota dealer do it. I'm pretty good friends with one of the service managers. They put them on and did an alignment. If you were going to do it yourself you would need to a spring compressor but you would also need an alignment. Those run about 90 bucks. Not Cheap :eek:
