Hey guys new here- just ordered a lift kit from Bilateinlifts.com, only received 1/2 of kit- they’re not open and I can’t verify - anyone else have any issues with them?

 

Sometimes lifts are too large to fit in one box. They may have shipped in several packages. Did you check your tracking number to confirm?

 

I did - i had 3 tracking numbers and 3 packages
Only received
1 front
2 rear

missing hardware and leaf springs- i am guessing / hoping that the remainder is coming from another location

 

You received one front coilover and two rear shocks or leafs? Or what exactly did you order? Do you have a link?

I’d send them an email. A lot of companies are working, but aren’t in the office to answer the phone.

 

They got back to me this morning, and sent me additional tracking numbers.
Not that big of a deal as I figured it’s an entire kit so there would possibly be some stragglers

What prompted the question was when i placed the order i checked shipping via their order tracking, And it only reflected the 3 shipments / packages- so when they arrived I got a bit nervous.

other than that I am guessing no ones had issues with Billsteinlifts.com??

 

I had ordered 888 springs that said they were "in stock", only to get a follow up message later that day that they were "out of stock" and would ship in two weeks. That was 2.5 weeks ago and still nothing has shipped.....not feeling the love.

 

Well I received the rest of my order Friday -
They’re not the best at communicating.
I had to message and email them on every possible platform that they have. but everything shipped And arrived and is in excellent condition.

The rona is a bit of a pain in the Ass.

Nerve racking when you drop 3400+ and only get a partial shipment and really poor coms.

UCA’s are next and I’m thinking JBA’s.
