Hey disconnected, you may have missed my post yesterday. I had asked if would you mind sharing the route you guys took last time? same route this weekend? Unfortunately my truck is apart in the garage for a suspension overhaul and winter prep but I’d like to catch you guys sometime.

It was good to meet you today. Turned out to be a nice day. You have a nice Tacoma and now it's not noisy when you turn the wheels with the extra clearance from the CMC.

They're setting up another trail run, not sure if you saw it.

Jersey built hubs has not been a good bet. Monday I will cancel my order and order from rock auto. On the bright side, smittybuilt sent a new winch controller after mine fried no questions asked, highly recommend.

Hey guys, still newish on TW and to Pittsburgh. My wife and I want to get out and hit some trails but they seem few and far between here. Anyone planning a day anytime soon?

also @_TRDYeti are you still doing CMCs? Haven’t rubbed at all yet but these 285s are bound to sooner or later

Welcome to Pittsburgh. I do CMC's. I have four sets of plates available. I'm located in Brighton Heights on the northside of Pittsburgh. I charge $100 to do them.

Oops, looks like I quoted the dude you did one for instead of you. Thanks for responding so quick. Which plates do you have in stock right now? I definitely want to take off as much as possible to make 35s a little more doable in the future. My wife’s 4Runner is about to get the same suspension and tires treatment, do you do Runners as well?

we’re scheduled to go to AOAA on the 17th of April to break the truck in a little but really don’t want to drive 4 hours to wheel unless it’s done real wilderness where you can camp right off the trail. Any input for something like that or just some decent local dirt would be much appreciated!

It's cool. I had a couple people that wanted them done last fall but never heard back from them. Family, life and holidays happen so I figured they'd contact me come springtime. I have Bamf CMC plates. Even I do CMC's I always cut back further than most and set the plates in the cab mount instead of on the outer edge so it has more tire clearance. There's a bunch of members here that get together for trail runs and exploring different areas.

What year 4Runner? I did them on my old 2004 4Runner.

What do you charge to CMC 3rd Gen Toyota? I was throwing the idea of keeping stock size tire with an aggressive offset fora poke and a 2" suspension lift because I didn't want to CMC. But the idea of wider crossed my mind.

Haha that’s us! Ok that’s like the North Side? I think the gym we go to, Union Fitness is around there. Still learning this area but being inside basically the entire year since moving hasn’t helped with learning the city. Wonder if I’ve seen you on the road too

How is Union Fitness? The IG looks pretty cool. Not sure about $75/mo. though. Is it worth it?
