Looks like we are in for it this weekend. Calling for 3"-6" of rain over the weekend here in south FL. If the storm in the gulf goes tropical it will be named Alice. And here we are only 2 days into the hurricane season LOL.

I live on the line of the deep red and brown just under the 4.3 on the coast.

On the + side, we need the water :notsure:

Third day this week with long duration, statewide rains. 7 inches so far this week so far. Don’t think we’ll be doing any creek crossings in the Ozarks for a few days.

We are up there past you for the week, about 9"+ here. We had that tropical storm come through last weekend, what joke, drizzled for the whole thing. I think we got 3"-4" out of that, the thunderstorms this week put that thing to shame. My wife and I got caught on the golf cart driving around the neighborhood, almost got hit by lightning, maybe 80' away. Raced home, and watched one of the worst lightning storms I've been in in a few years now, think we got 2" of rain out of every storm this week. Fucking crazy T storms all week in the afternoon, I love them.

After all that rain we had last week ugggh. It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity.

    Stock for now.. maybe
I grew up around hard-core weather but since I've been in Burlington NC haven't seen much.

Nice thunderstorm rolling through right now though

I'm in Palm Coast, was raining when I woke up Wed morning, and stopped around midnight Thursday. Had a vinyl privacy fence installed Tuesday. Told them it would be better to wait till next week. They said their fences won't go anywhere. Each post got 120 pounds of cement. Other than being covered in leaves...it came thru perfect.

Going down Friday to check on my mom's winter place in Ormond Beach.

Got friends that live in Cape Coral that has a lot of damage, and a friend that lives in Sebring that did better than they expected.
