So @Kwikvette, you gonna join the ranks of people who spend their spare duckets on keeping a classic vehicle going?

I finally have good healthcare insurance and I'm still afraid to make an appt just in case I word something wrong or go to the wrong place and it isn't fully covered (beyond copay of course) cause healthcare bills are nutso for absolutely no reason in this country and I don't need another bill. I'd probably just die if I broke a limb haha

Enjoying a much needed after work beer right now.

Been up since 1 am as the appraisal report for my house came back at midnight and it was very unexpectedly super low. I thought I was out a load of money and the sellers wouldn't want to renegotiate. But my realtor worked some magic as did my lender and we're pretty much cleared to close pending a few docs. At a cheaper price now too.:)

I think Im gonna go to the furniture store and get that couch and recliner Ive been eyeing on order tonight:D.

There's a non-insurance clinic in my neighborhood. I haven't visited, but it's got me thinking... I'd happily pay $50 or $100 or whatever out-of-pocket for an annual checkup from a reliable doc and avoid the insurance system.

Insurance is meant to be for extraordinary cases anyway... like, your auto insurance doesn't cover oil changes new tires, right?

The market is due to fall soon and most of the experts expect it to fall back to normal but it won't be over night.

Yeah, it's kinda odd in that regard I guess. But sorta like the auto repair industry you can bill things straight to it as well. I couldn't afford to take anything on without healthcare insurance, I'd just have to go into debt or use false identities.
